Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb.

Dear Colleagues,

In the beginning of year 2022 we are faced with the emergence of the new mutation of COVID-19. We are once again confronted with challenges to balance the need to support our members’s continuing medical education and skill developments, and at the same time keeping them safe from the pandemic. PERDAMI Virtual Scientific Meeting (PVSM) will once again lead the way to meet this need.

The organising committee of PVSM 2022 is planning for a series of scientific events including plenary lectures, didactic courses, symposia, CME lectures, and research competitions. There will also be entertainment to accommodate the creative aspirations of our members, involving all the PERDAMI branches and education centers/institutions. This would be the 3rd installment, and we hope this would be the last PERDAMI annual meeting online, so let us make this a memorable and the most exciting PVSM.

So, don’t miss it! Let us come together and take part in PVSM 2022- Innovating Ophthalmology in Global Pandemic: Strengthening Collaboration and Excelling Together.
